Three steps to placing the Opt-In Mailing List code in your pages.
  1. Right Click in the text box below and "Select All"
  2. Copy the code to your clipboard
  3. Paste the HTML code into your page

      Do not modify the form field names or the javascript

Notes for users of page generators.
Page generators have a number of modes.
The main ones are "Normal" (or "Display") and "HTML".
If you know how to use HTML mode, you probably don't need to read this.
When you enter HTML code or Javascript code into a page generator in "normal" mode, you must tell the generator that this is HTML and not displayable text.
This is very simple (after you have done it once).

1. Select the location you want to insert the HTML.
2. Choose the "Insert" menu
3. Choose the "HTML" menu item
  - a popup dialog box should appear
4. Paste the code into the box.
  - check that the code is correct
5. Click the popup's OK button
